Die Medien nutzten die Möglichkeit, ein gesellschaftlich totgeschwiegenes Thema populistisch darzustellen. Seither wird die Bedeutung der Suizidforen auch in Fachkreisen widersprüchlich debattiert. In der vorliegenden Arbeit möchte ich Suizidforen unter dem Blickwinkel ,Chance oder Gefährdung' betrachten.
