An Introduction to Spectroscopy presents the most fundamental concepts of inorganic chemistry at a level appropriate for first year students and in a manner comprehensible to them. By introducing the superspace formalism, the methods of structure analysis of incommensurate structures have achieved in the past few years a full maturity. To solve a problem of movement we have to separate the notion of mass from the notion of weight and define when the mass acquires the weight.
